With over 30 years in the live goods industry, certified floral designer Kareena identified a critical gap in seasonal merchandising programs and built Goliath Grower Services to fill it. As owner of this full-service merchandising company, she specializes in retail support across Canada, allowing growers to focus on cultivation while her expert team handles complex retail operations.
Kareena’s strength lies in building focused teams of live goods professionals through custom training and streamlined processes. She leads by example, creating a culture of excellence that drives increased sales performance across retail locations from coast to coast. 

Taylor brings over 8 years of field merchandising experience and 10 years in management, including leadership of high-volume Big Box Garden Centres and partnerships with leading growers. With strong skills in team building, communication, and creating a positive workplace culture, Taylor excels at motivating teams and delivering high standards in merchandising and operations.

If you can’t find Taylor in the Garden Centre, you’ll probably spot him out on the trails birdwatching or spending time with his dog, Ruby.

Jade brings over 7 years of Project Management experience to our team, specializing in data tracking, report building, & logistics. She holds a Business Degree & a PMP Certification.

Jade has led many complex projects across Canada, helping teams stay organized, on track, and ready to deliver. She got her start in healthcare, converting hospitals from paper records to electronic systems.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her hiking, camping, or tending to her garden.

With over 4 years of horticulture experience and a decade in management, Meghan brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership to her role. She has a strong background in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and ornamental plant production in the greenhouse.

Meghan holds a Horticulture Diploma with a greenhouse focus and is known for her forward-thinking approach—regularly identifying new business opportunities and helping to develop and strengthen long-term programs.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys caring for her own garden and houseplants and has a particular interest in insect identification—reflecting her keen attention to detail and passion for the natural world.
